Original Audio is committed to making our website and our work accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. Sound is what we do, so accessible, inclusive experiences matter to us.

Our approach

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In building this site we have worked to:

Use clear, readable text with sufficient colour contrast.
Provide descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.
Keep layouts responsive so content works across screen sizes and orientations.
Make interactive elements usable and clearly labelled.
Ensure audio is played only on request, never automatically, and can be turned off.

Audio & captions

Because much of our work is audio, we can provide transcripts or described alternatives for audio and video content on request. If a piece of our work would be more accessible to you in another format, please ask.

Known limitations

Some third-party or embedded content (for example videos hosted on external platforms) may not fully meet our accessibility standards. We are working to improve these areas over time.
