All work undertaken by Original Audio will be based on an agreed project brief and quote. Any work requested outside of the agreed scope may incur additional charges and will require written approval.
All quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on information provided at the time of quoting. Significant changes to the brief may result in a revised quote. If a Purchase Order is required, a PO must be supplied before work commences.
Invoices are issued upon confirmation of the project or agreed project milestones. Unless otherwise stated, payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice. Late payments may incur a late fee.
Bank details for payment are provided on each invoice. Please include the job number as the payment reference.
Projects include up to 2 rounds of reasonable script revisions. Additional revisions outside this allowance will be charged at our standard hourly rate.
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on client responsiveness, feedback delays, or changes to scope. We will always communicate any delays as early as possible and will strive to meet timelines to ensure mutual success.
All intellectual property created during the project remains the property of Original Audio until full payment is received. Upon final payment, all agreed deliverables will be transferred to the client, with the usage rights (exclusive or non-exclusive) outlined in the project agreement.
The client may use the final delivered audio for the purposes specified in the project scope. Any additional or third-party usage (for example broadcast, resale or licensing) must be approved in writing and may incur additional fees.
If the client cancels a project after work has commenced, a cancellation fee based on work completed to date will be charged. Delays caused by the client (for example feedback delays or missed meetings) may impact delivery timelines and costs. Where the delay is due to the client, costs will be invoiced as per the original timeline, even if the final deliverable is after this date.
We respect our clients' confidentiality. All materials and discussions will be treated as confidential unless otherwise agreed.
Original Audio shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from project work. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.
